3. Ordering & Payment

Orders placed online are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; card details are not stored by us.

4. Menu and Ingredients

We strive to provide accurate information about our menu items. However, ingredient availability may vary, and substitutions may occur.

If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before placing an order. We are not liable for adverse reactions.

5. Delivery Policy

  • All deliveries are contactless. Couriers will not ring doorbells, knock, or call upon arrival.
  • By placing an order, you grant Mana Kitchen authority to leave (ATL) your delivery box at the address provided.
  • You may provide delivery instructions. While our drivers will make every effort to follow them, the final decision on the safest drop-off location rests with the courier.
  • Couriers will not deliver if there is an unrestrained pet or animal present on the property, regardless of size or temperament.
  • While we aim to deliver within the selected time window, unforeseen delays such as courier network or weather issues may occur. In such cases, we will communicate updated information promptly.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect address details. You must provide a correct delivery address and contact number.
  • Mana Kitchen is not responsible for boxes that are lost, stolen, or damaged after a successful delivery confirmation by the courier.

6. Allergies & Food Safety

We take allergen information seriously. Menu descriptions are a guide — cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen.

Customers with severe allergies must notify us before ordering; by ordering, you accept the risk.

7. Refunds & Refund Policy

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered, contact us within 24 hours at info@manakitchen.com.au with order details and photos.

8. Pricing & Promotions
